What size dumpster do I need?+
For a smaller cleanout, compare the 12-yard; for medium renovation debris, compare the 20-yard; for bulky multi-room work, compare the 30-yard. These are starting points because material, total amount and access determine fit. Concrete and dirt require the 16-yard container. The 40-yard is generally not delivered to residential sites.
How much does dumpster rental cost in Houston?+

The quote should identify delivery, pickup, included rental days, disposal allowance, taxes and fees. Extra days, excess weight and loading labor can change the comparison; check whether they apply to your order.

Plan around the days you will actually sort or create debris, then check when the period starts, how pickup is arranged and the extra-day terms. Request an extension before the agreed period ends.
What cannot go in the dumpster?+
Published restrictions include asphalt roofing material and shingles, whole used or scrap tires, liquids, paint cans, gases or compressed chemicals, carcasses, medical waste and hazardous waste. Describe the entire debris stream before booking and ask about any material you are unsure of.
Do I load it, or can someone help with removal?+
