A cleanup plan close to DW’s office.
Start with the project rather than a cubic-yard number. A garage full of boxes and old furniture needs a different discussion from cabinets, drywall and flooring coming out of a remodel. Explain which rooms or structures you are clearing and whether you will load the material yourself. If lifting is the obstacle, ask about junk removal and loading help instead of assuming a rental includes a crew.
Plan access across Spring Branch.
Spring Branch includes several distinct areas. The City identifies Bingle Road as a boundary between Spring Branch Central and East, with Long Point Road running through the wider community. For a project off those corridors, describe the final approach to the property: gates, parked cars, driveway width and overhead clearance. A nearby main road does not establish that a roll-off truck can reach a particular placement spot.
- Give DW the project address and ZIP code when discussing delivery.
- Describe any shared driveway, gate or controlled entrance.
- Confirm the proposed surface and leave room for pickup access.
Match the container to what is coming out.
For a smaller cleanout, discuss the 12-yard container or trailer; a 20-yard can be a starting point for medium renovation debris. These are options to review, not a guarantee of fit. Concrete and dirt require DW’s designated 16-yard container. Keep dense debris separate in the conversation, and do not load asphalt roofing material, shingles, liquids or hazardous waste. The 40-yard is generally not delivered to residential properties.
Know the terms before the dumpster arrives.
Tell DW your preferred delivery timing and expected cleanup duration. Ask for the rental period, included disposal allowance, delivery and pickup arrangements, and any extra-day or overweight charges. The published equipment capacity is not the included disposal weight. Sending a request starts the conversation; it does not reserve a container or confirm a delivery date.
Questions before you rent
Is this Spring Branch in Houston?+
Yes. This page concerns the Spring Branch area of Houston near DW’s Oak Tree Drive office, not the separate city of Spring Branch in the Texas Hill Country.
Can I request a dumpster without knowing the size?+
Yes. Select “Not sure” in the project form and describe the debris. DW will help choose a container and confirm whether delivery and placement work for your address.
